Aceasta perioada a fost dedicata studiului si integrarii conceptelor teoretice si practice pentru a rezulta metodologii de lucru usor de adaptat in functie de context. Totodata s-a format echipa si s-au maturizat metodologiile, in special cele care integreaza elemente de mentoring si coaching.
OUR BEGINNIGS
The Oxygen Swim Club is competitive swim club, founded in October 1953 by swimmer coach John Lee.
AWARDS
This award recognizes the swimmer with the highest percentage of overall improvement in all strokes.
FIRST MEDALS
In April 1962, Oxygen Club hosted the single largest swim and diving meet ever to be held at the college level.
JUNIOR TEAM
Comprehensive training programmes began with our Junior Squads right through to Performance squads.
2015-2018
AFILIEREA LA FEDERATIE
Afilierea cu drepturi depline ca membru in cadrul Federatiei de Natatie si Pentatlon Modern. Legitimarea sportivilor clubului pentru participare in comeptitii nationale. Se dezvolta programe suplimentare si se stabileste strategia de responsabilitate sociala.
2019-PREZENT
COMPETITII NATIONALE
Prima competitie organizata de Sport Academy. Pregatirea pentru primele participari in competitiile de la nivel national.
NEW MEMBERS
With the help of this grant funding, the Club continued to fast grow with the number of all age swimmers.
POOL LOCATION
Above all Oxygen Club operated in a friendly fun filled environment where the focus was solely on all members.
JUNIOR TEAM
From the start, Club’s members act in accordance with the Swim Code Comprehensive of Conduct and Ethics.
CHAMPIONS
The swim programme consists of one 30 min. session per week and all children are grouped on best ability.
